About
About Me
I studied art at the Ilam School of Fine Arts in my country of origin, New Zealand. In my twenties I apprenticed as a textile printer. I then founded ‘Hippi Pipi’ a hand painted textile company, which I ran for a decade. In the mid nineties I discovered quilting, and was lucky enough to team up with a group of talented quilt artists. After moving to Canada in 2014, I immersed myself in botanical art which continues to be a strong interest. In 2019, I completed the Ottawa School of Art Fundamentals program.
I'm also a teacher of the Alexander Technique which addresses back and neck pain as well as improving ease of movement and general wellbeing. https://at.raewynkhosla.com/
I look forward to continuing my art exploration, and I hope that you enjoy my work!
